This three-session leadership foundation class will feature relevant leadership topics in today’s workplace to help you maximize your potential and advance your team to success. Develop your communication, collaboration, and leadership skills by learning from the experts and local leaders through interactive sessions and discussions. Network and engage with other professionals. Successful completers will receive a certificate of completion from Wor-Wic Community College. This course is open to all leaders from all levels. Prepare to dive in, interact with other people in local businesses and organizations and leave with practical takeaways to enhance your leadership skills and put into action what you have learned.
Cost: $150 total (plus Eventbrite fee) for the 3-session series (includes lunch).

Each cohort series you take builds your leadership skills and earns you additional recognition, including ESLI-Leadership Practitioner, ESLI- Leadership Excellence and ESLI-Advanced Leadership Excellence digital credentials. All courses are approved by the Maryland Higer Education Commission.
