Who we are

We’ve found a significant need for leadership training in our Delmarva area community. To meet this need, our local Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce has The Eastern Shore Leadership Institute. Our organization sets up high-end trainers to train people who are ambitious and want to grow their skill sets to enhance their lives and careers. With the new skills, our students of all ages need a role to try out their newly learned skills, so we work to place each student in non-profit leadership opportunities in our area.
