Session 2Project Management Training
Project Management Training will be led by Amanda Pollack, Water Resources Engineer with the Center for Watershed Protection. Attendees will learn the 3 key elements of a successful project, how to approach problem solving, and tips for creating a cohesive team. Amanda’s vision and strategic planning contributed significantly to Salisbury’s growth and infrastructure modernization. She will discuss project case studies from Salisbury including the intricacies of the Main Street Masterplan project.
