Instructor: Amy Rodeffer Thompson describes herself as a “Practical Optimist” who loves to build up resilient leaders so they can get things done. She brings a light-hearted approach to coaching and training, focusing on real-world fundamentals that help make work easier and more joyful. Amy has an extensive background in both corporate and nonprofit spaces. She has experience managing multi-functional teams to successfully deliver products to market, managing volunteers to exceed goals, guiding clients to effectively use technology solutions, and training & developing sales leaders.
In her current role leading the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce, she walks the walk, setting strategic direction for her organization, while navigating the unique waters of a membership-based non-profit serving the business community in which she lives.
